Computer Repair - New Low Prices!

JerBear Services has been offering computer repair since 1998. We have trained technicians able to assist you with your computer repair needs. We will pick your laptop or desktop computer up free of charge, within a 10 mile radius of Waterford, Michigan. Turn around time for most of our services is 24-48 hours. If we have to order a part that we don't typically have on hand, that might add to your turn around time.

Due to the complexity of Apple computers, we are not an authorized repair facility for Apple products.

Computer Cleanup • $25
If your computer is running slow - we will clean it up. We will use several programs to cleanup and organize your computer to make it run faster, as well as physically clean up your unit (use air to spray out your fans and other items that might be clogged up causing your computer to run warmer than normal). We will also give you a print out with information and suggested upgrades (if any).

Data Recovery • $85
We will pull your hard drive out and hook it up to our system and run a few data recovery programs to pull off your data (music, photos and documents). We will place your recovered data on CD's or DVD's for no additional charge.

Data Transfer • $40
We will transfer music, documents and photos from one computer to another ~ up to 100GB of data. Programs cannot be transferred.

Diagnostic Fee • FREE
The diagnostic fee is free and includes a free estimate. If you decide you do not want it fixed, there will be a $25.00 diagnostic fee.

Hard Drive Clone • $50
Are you upgrading to a larger hard drive? We can clone/copy your old hard drive so you will not lose any programs or data.

Hard Drive Wipe • $25
Do you have sensitive data that you never want recovered on a hard drive? We will do a triple wipe on the hard drive making all of the data on there erased and non-retrievable.

Hardware Installation • $10
Need a new video card, memory, hard drive, network card or other hardware item installed? We will install them for $10 each (if drivers are provided). If we need to get the drivers, the cost is $20.00 per item.

On-Site Network Installation • $50
We will come out to your home or business and setup your network -- including wireless printing and setting up network security.

Laptop/Desktop Pickup • FREE
Free pickup service is within 10 miles of Waterford, MI. We will pickup and drop off further away for an additional cost. Call for details.

On-Site Service • $40 per half hour
Need us to come look at the computer at your business/home? We will repair the computer on-site for a nominal charge of $40 per half hour.

Reload Computer w/ FREE DATA BACKUP • $50
We are only able to backup music, documents and photos. Data is backed up and placed back onto your computer ~ for no additional charge. We can back your data up onto CD's or DVD's for an additional charge.

Remove Spyware and/or Viruses • $65
We will run several programs to remove spyware and viruses from your computer. We also include the Cleanup package listed above for no additional charge.

Software Installation • $10 per title / $30 per suite title
We will install your software on one computer for the prices listed above. Suite software is any software with multiple titles included with it (such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Master Collection, etc). This does not include installing an operating system -- Operating System installation is $40.

Generally if you have a printer or monitor that is not working, it is less expensive to purchase a new one rather than trying to get your old one working again. Let us know if you need a replacement display or printer and we will help you find a good deal on one and even order it for you, if requested, for no additional cost.
